AUCTION: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Kohat Old and Unserviceable Items October 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Kohat is conducting a public auction for its old and unserviceable items, including used answer sheets, old registers, and other scrap materials. The auction will be held at the board premises in Kohat, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule and terms outlined below. Items being auctioned: - Used answer sheets (jawab namaat aur istamal shuda) - Old registers (purane register) - Scrap paper and miscellaneous unserviceable board items The auction is scheduled for 03-11-2026 at 10:30 AM at the board office. All interested bidders must be present in person or through an authorized representative with a valid authority letter. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25 percent of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount to be paid within 15 days of the auction. The board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. A non-refundable auction form fee of PKR 4000 must be paid to obtain the auction participation form from the board office during working hours. Earnest money of PKR 400,000 in the form of a call deposit or bank draft in favor of the board is mandatory for participation. Only those bidders who are not blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution are eligible to participate. The auctioned items must be removed from the board premises within the stipulated time after full payment. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions printed in the notice and ensure timely submission of the required documents and earnest money.
