AUCTION: Sale of Dry Trees at Chichawatni, Haran, and Gulraiz Forest Sites

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Forest Department Chichawatni is conducting a public auction for the sale of dry trees at three different forest sites. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process, which will be held at the designated location in Chichawatni. The auction includes the following lots: - Chichawatni: 2 dry trees, volume 57.84 cubic meters - Haran: 11 dry trees, volume 458.73 cubic meters (114.68 + 458.73 as per table) - Gulraiz: 13 dry trees, volume 516.57 cubic meters (172.52 + 516.57 as per table) All trees are dry and suitable for timber or fuelwood purposes. The auction will take place on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must bring their original CNIC, a valid NTN certificate, and a Non-Blacklisting Certificate. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required for participation, with a minimum deposit of **PKR 5,000** per lot. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time after the auction. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but blacklisted parties are not allowed to participate. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Punjab Forest Department. Bidders are advised to inspect the trees at the respective sites before the auction date. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
