Tender Description

The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi is offering an auction for various used and waste items located in DHA Karachi. The auction is conducted on an 'As is Where is Basis' through open bidding. Items available for auction include engine waste oil with barrels, empty oil barrels, used oil filters, tyres, tubes, batteries, and other miscellaneous items.

The auction will be held on 12 August 2026 at 1100 hours at the MT Workshop opposite Khadijat-ul-Kubra Masjid, Khayaban-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA Karachi. Interested bidders can inspect the items from 9 to 11 August 2026 between 1000 and 1630 hours.
Successful bidders are required to pay 25% of the bid amount and applicable taxes in advance on the same day. The balance payment and taxes must be deposited within 7 days of bidding prior to issuance of the authority letter for removal and collection of items. The DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
Waste Management firms or vendors approved by the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) are encouraged to participate in the bidding for engine waste oil.
This auction provides a valuable opportunity for waste management and recycling firms to acquire these items. Bidders should ensure timely inspection and prepare the required earnest money to avoid disqualification.
