Tender Description
An auction is announced for Ephedra standing form from Khatoka State Forest in Killa Saif Ullah, Balochistan. The procurement involves 2500 acres of Ephedra with a reserve rate of Rs. 1,300 per mound. The auction is scheduled for December 23, 2025, with bids submission and opening on the same day.
The auction is conducted under the supervision of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Killa Saif Ullah. Interested firms must be registered pharmaceutical industries with DRAP and provide a 5% bid security. The auction includes terms for harvesting, loading, transportation, and government taxes. The firm must comply with Balochistan Timber and Forest Produce Transit Rules, 2024.
Bidding documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. The auction committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone the auction. The firm must deposit 100% of the amount in the Ephedra endowment fund account in three installments as per the schedule.
