Auction: Fresh Fodder, Wheat Straw, Oat Straw, Barseem, Dry Grass, and Timber at Rawalpindi Log Area Supply and Transport Branch for Financial Year 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Log Area Supply and Transport Branch is conducting an open auction for the sale of fresh fodder, wheat straw, oat straw, barseem, dry grass, and timber for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be held at the branch premises in Rawalpindi. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process, which will take place on 4 September 2026 at 1100 hours. Items being auctioned: - Fresh fodder (quantity as per site) - Wheat straw (quantity as per site) - Oat straw (quantity as per site) - Barseem (quantity as per site) - Dry grass (quantity as per site) - Timber (quantity as per site) All items are available for inspection at the Rawalpindi Log Area Supply and Transport Branch. Detailed information regarding the lots and their respective locations can be obtained from the office during working hours. Bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration and submit an earnest money deposit of at least Rs. 1,000,000 (ten lakh rupees) in the form of pay order or bank draft at the time of auction registration. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full amount as per auction terms and conditions. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority. Bidders are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the auction time to complete registration formalities. For a better chance of success, review the auction lots in advance and clarify any queries with the branch office before the auction date. The auction will commence at 1130 hours sharp, and latecomers may not be accommodated.
