AUCTION: Installation and Operation of Branding Gantries on Class-C Land for Five Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Military Lands & Cantonments Department Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites bids through an e-auction for the installation and operation of branding gantries on Class-C land for a period of five (05) years. This auction is conducted via the E-PADS V2.0 platform and covers the Rawalpindi Cantt area. Items being auctioned: - Installation and operation rights of branding gantries on Class-C land The contract period is from December 2026 to November 2031, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Bidders are required to quote their bids on an annual basis. The contract fee will increase by 10% on a compound basis for subsequent years of the contract. This auction is a continuation and corrigendum to the previously published PID No. PID (I) 3232/2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Interested bidders should ensure they are registered on the E-PADS V2.0 platform and comply with all auction requirements. Earnest money and bid security details are as per the original auction notice.
