Auction of Iron Scrap Disposal Lots by Islamabad Electric Supply Company

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of iron scrap material on an "as is where is" basis through E-Bids. Bidders may inspect the material at the IESCO Regional Store Wah during office hours until 03.09.2026. Bids must be submitted online by 04.09.2026 at 10:30 a.m., with the opening scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the same day. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR as an active taxpayer, submission of earnest money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks with a minimum rating of A+, and compliance with PPRA Disposal Regulations. The bid security must be valid for 120 days, and the successful bidder is required to lift the material within 21 working days of the release order. Bidders are advised to carefully upload all mandatory documents on the E-PADS portal and submit the required undertakings on judicial stamp paper before the bid closing time.
