AUCTION: Tehsil Council Khushab Collection Rights for 2026-27 (Parking, Bus Stand, General Bus Stand, Adda, and Other Sites)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Council Khushab invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for collection rights of various income sources for the financial year 2026-27, covering the period from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. The auction will be held on 26-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, Tehsil Council Khushab. This is the second public advertisement for these rights, and all eligible individuals and firms are encouraged to participate. The following collection rights/sites are being auctioned: - Adda General Bus Stand Khushab (Reserve Price: 3,301,010 PKR, Earnest Money: 330,101 PKR) - New Adda (Reserve Price: 750,194 PKR, Earnest Money: 75,019 PKR) - General Bus Stand Jauharabad (Reserve Price: 322,221 PKR, Earnest Money: 32,222 PKR) - General Bus Stand Hadali (Reserve Price: 102,777 PKR, Earnest Money: 10,277 PKR) - General Bus Stand Mitha Tiwana Road (Reserve Price: 930,888 PKR, Earnest Money: 93,088 PKR) - General Bus Stand Bandial Road (Reserve Price: 23,610 PKR, Earnest Money: 2,361 PKR) Each lot includes the right to collect fees or income from the specified site for the stated period. Bidders must deposit 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order. Only those registered with FBR and holding valid NTN numbers are eligible. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and comply with the Punjab Local Government Act 2016 and relevant rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. Bidders should ensure timely arrival and bring all required documents, including proof of registration and earnest money.
