Contractors or firms must possess a valid auctioneering license and be registered with the Income/Sales Tax departments, maintaining active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's tax payer list. A refundable security deposit is required within 10 days of tender acceptance. For contractors not on the approved list, security deposits vary from 5% to 10% of contract value with specified minimums and maximums, ensuring protection against potential losses or inconveniences to the government. Applications must be submitted by 23rd October 2026 along with complete credentials.
