AUCTION: Lease of 65 Acres Agricultural Land at Punjab College Jhang for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab College Jhang invites sealed bids for the annual lease (theka) of 65 acres of agricultural land for the year 2026-27. The land is divided into five plots of varying sizes and categories, each with its own facilities and usage details. The auction is open to all interested parties who meet the eligibility criteria and can provide the required earnest money deposit. Items being auctioned: - Plot A: 13 acres, suitable for wheat and fodder crops, with tube well and water channel access - Plot B: 12.5 acres, C & B block, water channel available - Plot C: 12.5 acres, C & B block, water channel available - Plot D: 13.5 acres, E & D block, water channel available - Plot E: 13.5 acres, E & D block, water channel available - Total: 65 acres The technical scope includes agricultural use of the land for one year, with the successful bidder responsible for all cultivation and maintenance. The land is equipped with irrigation facilities, and some plots have direct tube well access. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 200,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR along with their application. The auction will be held on 12-09-2026 at 2:30 PM at Punjab College Jhang. Eligibility requires submission of a written application, earnest money, and valid CNIC. Bidders must not have any outstanding dues with the college. The highest bidder for each plot will be awarded the lease, subject to approval by the competent authority.
