AUCTION: Lease Rights of Agricultural Land at High Power Transmitter Site Khairpur

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), High Power Transmitter (HPT) Khairpur, is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of agricultural land located at the HPT site (opposite Saleem Abad), Khairpur. The land comprises approximately 6 acres, situated near Bagh Chiragh 08, adjacent to Saleem Abad, and is being offered for a lease period ending 30 September 2026. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who meet the requirements under PPRA Rules 2024. The successful bidder will be granted a contract for the lease of this agricultural land for cultivation and related agricultural activities. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for approximately 6 acres of agricultural land at HPT Khairpur (opposite Saleem Abad, near Bagh Chiragh 08) The technical scope includes the use of the land for agricultural purposes only, with the lessee responsible for maintaining the property in accordance with the terms of the contract. The auction will be conducted through the e-PADS system, and all interested parties must submit their bids online. Earnest money of PKR 3,000 must be deposited via pay order in favor of PBC, and proof of deposit must be attached with the bid. Only those with valid CNIC and, if bidding on behalf of a firm, an authority letter, will be eligible to participate.
