AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stands, Public Latrine, and Cattle Grass Cutting at Kamra Cantonment for 2026-27

Cantonment Board Kamra is inviting sealed bids for the annual lease rights of various public assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the Cantonment Board office on 19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The following assets are being offered for lease: - Parking Stand for General Bus Stand (Annual Reserve: Rs. 500,000/-) - Parking Stand for Bank Road (Annual Reserve: Rs. 500,000/-) - Parking Stand for Main Bazaar (Annual Reserve: Rs. 500,000/-) - Public Latrine (Annual Reserve: Rs. 50,000/-) - Cattle Grass Cutting Rights (Annual Reserve: Rs. 50,000/-) - Cattle Grass Cutting (14/22 acres, Reserve: Rs. 300/-) - Cattle Grass Cutting (100 units, Reserve: Rs. 100/-) - Cattle Grass Cutting (50 units, Reserve: Rs. 50/-) Each lot has its own reserve price, and the successful bidder will be required to pay the lease amount as per the terms. The technical scope includes management and operation of parking stands, maintenance of public latrines, and grass cutting/collection as per the specified lots. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order along with their bid. Only those registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted in person at the Cantonment Board Kamra office by the deadline.
