AUCTION: Parking Stand and Canteen Lease at Baba Bulleh Shah Hospital Kasur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent of Baba Bulleh Shah Hospital Kasur is conducting an auction through the newly introduced E-Tendering System for leasing two properties at the hospital premises in Kasur. This auction is open to all contractors with valid NTN and STRN who are registered on the Government of Punjab's E-Procurement system for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 strictly. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand of Baba Bulleh Shah Hospital, Kasur - Canteen of Baba Bulleh Shah Hospital, Kasur The auction period for both properties will be from the date of award until June 30th, 2027. The minimum reserve price for each property is PKR 3,000,000, with a bid security of PKR 500,000 required. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Procurement portal by 29.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Auction Committee and bidders or their representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent BBS Hospital Kasur. Original CDRs must be submitted physically at the hospital office before bid opening. All applicable taxes must be paid by the successful bidder as per Government of Punjab rules.
