Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors for a business opportunity at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) Karachi. The procurement is for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of two refreshment counters located at Level-I and Level-II measuring 299.5729 sqft and 221.8333 sqft respectively in the Concourse Hall (West Side). Additionally, vending machines along with VSI coolers, one each, are to be installed inside the International and Domestic Briefing Areas of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Establish, operate and maintain 02 Refreshment Counters at Level-I and II
- Vending Machines along with VSI Coolers, 1 each inside International / Domestic Briefing Area
The license period is for 3 years or the duration of the airport outsourcing, whichever is earlier. Interested bidders must comply with the eligibility criteria detailed in the tender terms and conditions. The tender process follows a single stage, two-envelope basis comprising Technical and Financial offers.
The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). The last date for purchase of tender documents is 19-10-2026. Submission and opening of bids will take place on 20-10-2026 at 1500 hrs and 1530 hrs respectively in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi.
