AUCTION: Lease of Restaurant and Nursery Entities at Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Parks & Horticulture Authority, Lahore invites sealed bids through auction for leasing out two entities at different locations in Lahore. The auction is open to parties with experience in similar work and valid NTN numbers (active filers). Items being auctioned: - Restaurant along with 2 Food Kiosks at Bagh-E-Jinnah, Lahore (Restaurant area: 6 Kanal; Kiosk area: 2x (10'x20')) - Nursery at Juray Pul, Greenbelt, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore (10 Marla) The restaurant and kiosks at Bagh-E-Jinnah are special premises under the Punjab Special Premises (Preservation) Ordinance, 1985. Lessees must use the existing facilities without alteration or construction unless approved by the Competent Authority. The nursery is located in a prime greenbelt area. Interested parties can obtain bidding documents for each entity at Rs.10,000/- (non-refundable) from the office of the undersigned immediately after publication during office hours. Bids must be submitted on or before 21.10.2026 by 12:00 p.m. at the office of the Director Coordination, HA. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the committee and bidders' representatives. The auction follows a single stage single envelope procedure. Bid security amounts are Rs. 1.5 Million for the restaurant and Rs. 0.4 Million for the nursery, payable via CDR or Pay Order in the name of 'Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore'. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or cancel the bidding process at any stage. For further information, contact the office during working hours.
