AUCTION: Lease Rights of Collection Taxes and Fees of Town Committee Jamshoro for Financial Year 2025-2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Town Committee Jamshoro invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction for the lease rights of collection of taxes and fees for the financial year 2025-2026 (11 months from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027). The auction will be conducted in three attempts: the 1st attempt on 07-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m., the 2nd attempt on 10-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m., and the 3rd attempt on 14-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the Town Committee Jamshoro. Items being auctioned: - Advertisement Tax with an auction bid of Rs. 400,000 for 9 months and a call deposit of Rs. 40,000 - Katchi Piri/Pat Piri Tax with an auction bid of Rs. 1,552,500 for 9 months and a call deposit of Rs. 155,250 The auction terms require bidders to deposit 10% of the financial bid as earnest money/security deposit in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order along with two photo copies, and a CNIC photocopy. Only bidders with no dues certificate from the concerned council will be allowed to participate. The contractor awarded the lease will be responsible for the full financial year starting 01-08-2025 to 30-06-2026 and will bear departmental recovery costs. The Town Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to attend the auction on the specified dates and times.
