The auction will be held at the office of the undersigned on 30-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. The successful bidders will be granted rights for one year, with the possibility of extension as per authority rules. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Only firms enlisted with the Parks and Horticulture Authority Faisalabad for the year 2026-27 are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be responsible for all taxes, utility charges, and compliance with local regulations. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office of the Director (Enforcement), Parks and Horticulture Authority Faisalabad, by the deadline. The auction will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
