New Shops, 01 No. Restaurant/Coffee Shop & Agriculture Land at Padidan & Bhiria Road The auction will be conducted at various locations including Sukkur Railway Station, VIP Room Nawabshah, Railway Rest House Larkana, AEN office Jacobabad, VIP Room Rohri Station, IOW office Ghotki, Railway Rest House Khanpur, and Bhiria Road Railway Station on specified dates from 17th to 21st September 2026. The terms include lease periods ranging from 3 to 15 years depending on the property type, bid security money in the form of Demand Draft/CDR, non-refundable participation fees, and fixed premium payments varying by site and shop size. Successful bidders will be liable to pay 50% of the offered bid for agriculture, godown, nurseries, fish ponds, and marriage lawns/marquee at the time of auction, with the balance payable on agreement execution. New shops and restaurant/coffee shops require 100% premium payment at auction time. Eligibility requires bidders to submit bid security and participate in the auction as per the schedule. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons. Government employees and defaulters of the Railway Department are not allowed to participate.
