AUCTION: Market Committee Mian Channu Annual Fee Collection Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Mian Channu invites open auction bids for the annual rights to collect market fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted as per the SOPs issued by the Director General Punjab and under the supervision of the relevant authorities. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and the successful bidders will be responsible for fee collection in the specified markets for the stated period. Items being auctioned: - Annual market fee collection rights for Market Committee Mian Channu (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,40,00,000/-) - Annual market fee collection rights for Sub Market Committee Mian Channu (Reserve Price: Rs. 80,00,000/-) - Annual market fee collection rights for Fruit & Vegetable Market Mian Channu (Reserve Price: Rs. 65,00,000/-) Each lot will be auctioned separately, and the highest bidder for each will be awarded the collection rights subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions. Bidders must deposit earnest money of Rs. 500,000/- before participating. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Mian Channu on 25-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule outlined in the notice. Eligibility requires compliance with all local regulations, and blacklisted parties are not allowed to participate. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms, including the requirement for a 0.1% stamp duty and the submission of a written agreement. For best results, arrive early on auction day to complete registration and review the auction lots in person.
