AUCTION: Minor Minerals Lease of District Dir Lower

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The District Auction Committee of District Dir Lower invites applications from registered contractors of Minor Minerals for participation in auction and grant of Minor Minerals lease of various blocks in District Dir Lower under the provision of Section-78 sub Section (3) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act 2017 for a period of one year mining lease on the basis of "As is where is" against reserve price and call deposit given against each block in the Office of Deputy Commissioner Dir Lower on 13/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. In case of non-auction due to any reason, next date of auction will be 14/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. Further in case of non-auction on above mentioned dates due to any reason, next date will be decided by the District Auction Committee. Application form costing Rs. 10,000 is non-refundable and must be submitted at least three days before auction. Blacklisted or unregistered persons are not allowed. Attested copies of CNIC, NTN, partnership deed, and paid-up capital evidence must be submitted. Successful bidder must deposit 4th of total bid money as security within three days of auction. The lease area must be demarcated within fifteen days of allotment. Excise duty and surface rent are payable as per government rules. Transportation of minerals must be with verified challans only. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Applications must be submitted by 09/10/2026. Auction date is 13/10/2026 at 11:00 AM, with next date 14/10/2026 if required.
