AUCTION: Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand at Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore for One Year

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand located inside the old building of LWH Hospital, Lahore. The auction is for a period of one year and will be conducted through the e-Auction Portal. Items being auctioned: - Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand (Old building, 4259 sq ft) at Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore The auction process includes registration by 28-08-2026, uploading eligibility status by 04-09-2026, submission of grievances by 11-09-2026, grievance redressal by 18-09-2026, CDR submission by 01-10-2026, and the auction itself on 08-10-2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The reserve price for this auction is **Rs. 1,955,360/-** (excluding taxes and utility) for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money amounting to **Rs. 195,536/-** (10% of reserve price) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. This must be submitted in original to the Medical Superintendant, Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore within ten days of evaluation results announcement. Soft copies of these documents must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal. The bidding will start from the reserve price and subsequent offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price plus the last offer. If no offer is received in the last minute, the auction ends automatically; if an offer is received, the auction extends by five minutes. The auction will conclusively end at midnight on the auction day. The successful applicant's signature during registration will be affixed on auction documents, making the offer final and binding.
