Procurement of Drugs, Medicine, Surgical, Disposable Items, X-Ray Films, Chemical and Contrast Media, Endovascular Instruments, Orthopaedic Implants for Sindh Health Department

The Health Department of Government of Sindh invites bids for the procurement of various medical and surgical supplies under a framework contract for the financial year 2027-2028. Cannula / CVP Lines - Surgical / Disposable / Sundries / Sutures / Disinfectant / Antiseptic & Other Allied Items - Sundries / Cotton Bandages / Drips - Endovascular Equipment - Orthopaedic Implants - Drugs / Medicines (General Medicines / Hormones / Dermatology / Drugs of Cardiology) - Oncology Drugs - Psychotropic Drugs - Vaccine / Immunoglobulin / Antiviral / Hepatitis Drugs - Dental Material - X-Ray Films / Chemical / Contrast Media & Other Related Drugs - Cardiac Medical Devices The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process via the EPADS electronic system. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and submit their technical and financial bids online. A fixed bid security amount of Rs. 5,000/- is required for each item category. The bids will be opened on 27th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR/SRB, active taxpayer status, and compliance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended).
