NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Patoki invites sealed bids for the auction of the right to construct a new shop (Falah Mandi Patoki) at Plot No. 1-6, Block 2-6, under the jurisdiction of the committee. Interested parties are required to submit their applications for the auction of the construction rights for the specified shop plot. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who fulfill the following requirements: - The applicant must submit a written application along with a copy of their CNIC. - The applicant must not be blacklisted by any government department or agency. - Earnest Money: A pay order or demand draft of Rs. 2,100,000 (two million one hundred thousand rupees) in favor of Market Committee Patoki must be attached with the application as earnest money. - The successful bidder will be required to deposit the remaining amount within 30 days of the auction approval. - The auction will be conducted in the presence of the Auction Committee and the highest bid will be considered for approval by the competent authority. Applications must be submitted to the office of the Secretary, Market Committee Patoki, by 08:00 AM on the closing date. The auction will be held on 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the committee office. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
