AUCTION: Non-Technical Items by National Database and Registration Authority Regional Head Office Sargodha

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Sargodha is offering an auction of non-technical items. This auction is specifically for obsolete, outlived, unserviceable, scrap, and empty articles. The auction is being conducted at the Regional Head Office located at 6th Gulshan Avenue PAF Link Road, Sargodha. Items being auctioned include: - Lot 1: Plastic Scrap (Water Filter, SMD/Ceiling Lights, Cables, Fiber Canopy, pipe/Duct, empty Toners, Electric Blowers, Metal Detectors, Telephone Sets) - Lot 2: Chairs (Computer/Visitor/Wheel/Executive Chairs, Waiting area sofa steel/plastic, visitor stools) - Lot 3: Iron Scrap (DB/Network Box, Change Over, Door, Windows, Network Dish-1, Water Pump-7, Amplifier Systems & Speakers-9, Electric heaters-11, Stabilizers-4, Fans-116, Microwave oven-1, Television-6) - Lot 4: Wooden Scrap - Lot 5: Miscellaneous Batteries (Liquid, Dry, Maintenance Free) The auction items will be disposed of on an 'as is where is' basis. Interested bidders must submit fully completed auction documents along with required eligibility and responsiveness documents. Eligibility documents include Sales Tax Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, proof of active taxpayer status, Earnest Money Deposit (refundable) in the name of NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Sargodha (HBL-0005030024872701), and a fresh certificate of not being blacklisted. Bidders must submit a CDR amounting to Rs. 27,500/- as earnest money before the bid opening. The auction will be awarded to the highest bidder in each lot, subject to clearance of eligibility and responsiveness criteria. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the bidder with more experience as a taxpayer. The material/items can be inspected at NADRA RHO Sargodha stores before 29th September 2026 during office hours. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the same day at the spot, with the remaining 75% to be deposited within 24 working hours. The stores must be removed within 48 hours after full payment. Late bids will not be accepted, and bids without earnest money will be rejected.
