AUCTION: E-Auction of Official Vehicles by President's Secretariat (Public)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. President's Secretariat (Public) is conducting an e-auction for the disposal of official vehicles on an as-is-where-is basis. This opportunity is open to all interested parties who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and are listed on the Active Taxpayer List. The auction will be conducted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal, and all relevant terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for review at https://epads.gov.pk/. Items being auctioned: - Official vehicles (specific makes, models, and quantities are not listed in the notice; interested bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles in person at Aiwan-e-Sadr, Sector G-5, Islamabad, prior to bid submission) The vehicles are being sold as-is, and bidders are encouraged to physically inspect them during office hours before placing their bids. Only electronic bids submitted via EPADS (2.0 version) will be accepted; manual bids will not be entertained. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
