AUCTION: Open City Auction of Vehicles by Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is conducting an Open City Auction of vehicles on an 'As is, Where is' basis at their office in Lahore. Interested individuals and firms are invited to participate in this auction to acquire ownership of the listed vehicles. Items being auctioned include: - SUZUKI KHYBER, Model 1999, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 250,000 - TOYOTA COROLLA 2D Saloon (Converted to Petrol), Model 2005, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 1,450,000 - TOYOTA HIACE Van, Model 2005, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 2,400,000 - SUZUKI APV Van, Model 2006, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 1,500,000 The auction will be held on 19th October 2026 at 01:00 PM at PMDFC Office, House No. 184, Scotch Corner, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. Vehicles will be auctioned on an item/lot-wise basis with bidding starting from the reserve price. Bidders must deposit a CDR equal to 3% of the reserve price for each lot they intend to bid on. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the accepted auction price immediately via pay order and the remaining two-thirds within 15 days. All applicable taxes, duties, and transfer charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Inspection of vehicles is allowed during office hours prior to the auction. The PMDFC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per applicable rules. Bidders should ensure they bring a recent passport-size photograph and valid CNIC for registration on the auction day. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully inspect the vehicles beforehand to avoid any surprises regarding condition or defects, as PMDFC will not be responsible post-auction.
