Sale of Scrap and Packing Material at Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi 2026-27

Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi invites civil contractors for the sale of scrap and packing material for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned include Scrap, Packing Material, Empty Bottles (Cardboard, Glass), and related scrap materials. This auction is specifically for materials located at CMH Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Federal Board of Revenue. Detailed bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available at the Procurement Office of CMH Rawalpindi and can be obtained on any working day during office hours. The last date for deposit of tenders is on 21 Oct 2026 till 1000 hrs, with technical proposals opening on the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives of contractors. The Procurement Branch CMH Rawalpindi will receive all bids. CMH Rawalpindi reserves the right to reject one or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rule 33(1). The bid shall comprise a single package containing three separate envelopes: the Financial Proposal, the Technical Proposal, and the CDR as per PPRA Rules 36b.
