AUCTION: Old Demolition/Unserviceable Building Material and Energy Savers at PMA Kakul

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Garrison Engineer (A) PMA Kakul is conducting a public auction on an 'As Is Where Is' basis at 1100 hrs on Monday, 07 September 2026 at GE (A) PMA Kakul. Items offered include old demolition/unserviceable building material located at PMA Kakul and energy savers of different wattages along with miscellaneous items located at Havelian. These items will be available for inspection on the day of the auction, with details and items displayed through video during the event. Items being auctioned: - Old Demolition/Unserviceable (U/S) Building Material at PMA Kakul - Energy Savers of different wattages - Miscellaneous items at Havelian The auction requires bidders to deposit a Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000 (Rs. 1 Million) as earnest money in favor of GE (A) PMA Kakul before the auction. The successful bidder will be responsible for all prevailing government taxes, duties, and charges. No Afghan refugee or labor from tribal areas of KPK shall be employed for demolition work. The successful bidder/contractor must submit a complete list of labor with valid CNIC copies and Police Verification/Character Certificates verified by the competent Police Authority. Documents must be submitted on the contractor's letterhead and approved by the competent authority before work commencement. No unverified labor is permitted on site. Demolition is deemed complete only upon full removal of the structure including foundations. Other terms and conditions will be announced at the auction and are binding. Bidders must bring a photocopy of their CNIC for participation.
