AUCTION: Old Model and Vending Stalls at Lahore Railway Stations 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways is conducting an open auction for the lease rights of old model and vending stalls at various railway stations under the Lahore Division. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire commercial rights for operating stalls at prominent locations within the railway network. The auction will be held at the designated dates and times for each station as listed below. Items being auctioned: - Shahdara Bagh Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 27.08.2026 at 10:00 AM) - Faisalabad Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 29.08.2026 at 10:00 AM) - Gojra Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 31.08.2026 at 10:00 AM) - Khanewal Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 01.09.2026 at 10:00 AM) - Qasur Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 03.09.2026 at 10:00 AM) - Shorkot Cantt Railway Station: Old model and vending stalls (Auction on 05.09.2026 at 10:00 AM) The technical scope includes the lease of existing stalls for commercial use, with each location offering multiple units for vending and retail activities. The successful bidder will be required to pay the specified earnest money and auction participation fee as per the following schedule: - Shahdara Bagh: Earnest Money Rs. 30,000, Auction Fee Rs. 3,000 - Faisalabad: Earnest Money Rs. 30,000, Auction Fee Rs. 3,000 - Gojra: Earnest Money Rs. 20,000, Auction Fee Rs. 2,000 - Khanewal: Earnest Money Rs. 20,000, Auction Fee Rs. 2,000 - Qasur: Earnest Money Rs. 10,000, Auction Fee Rs. 1,000 - Shorkot Cantt: Earnest Money Rs. 10,000, Auction Fee Rs. 1,000 Eligibility requires submission of earnest money and auction fee in the form of pay order or CDR. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions set by Pakistan Railways. The successful bidder will deposit 30 percent of the bid amount immediately, with the remaining amount due as per the department's schedule. The auction will be conducted at the respective railway stations on the specified dates.
