NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Jhang invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of Panchwain Bar parking and cattle market sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Jhang on 28-09-2026 at 1:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to secure lucrative collection and management rights for key municipal revenue sites in Jhang.
Items being auctioned:
- Lot 1: Lease rights for C Class Bus Stand Parking, Panchwain Bar, Jhang. Reserve price: Rs. 775,000. Annual lease value: Rs. 775,000. Auction period: 01.10.2026 to 30.06.2027. Collection rates: Rs. 200 per bus, Rs. 100 per wagon.
- Lot 2: Lease rights for Cattle Market, Panchwain Bar, Jhang. Reserve price: Rs. 1,700,000. Annual lease value: Rs. 1,700,000. Auction period: 01.10.2026 to 30.06.2027. Collection rates: Rs. 150 per large animal, Rs. 100 per small animal.
The technical scope includes management and collection of parking and cattle market fees as per the prescribed rates. Bidders must be Pakistani nationals and will be required to deposit earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price at the time of auction. Successful bidders must comply with all municipal regulations and pay the lease amount in accordance with the schedule. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
Interested parties should bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and all participants are advised to arrive well before the scheduled time.
