AUCTION: Parking Area Lease Inside Jinnah Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Jinnah Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an auction for the lease of parking areas inside the hospital premises for one year through the e-Auction Portal. The parking area is located inside Jinnah Hospital Lahore adjacent to Emergency, Admen & OPD Block, covering 331,700 Sqft. Items being auctioned: - Parking Area inside Jinnah Hospital Lahore (Adjacent to Emergency, Admen & OPD Block) covering 331,700 Sqft. The successful bidder will be responsible for parking all types of vehicles including motorcycles, rickshaws, pickups, cars, Mazda, and trucks, ensuring systematic traffic flow inside the institution premises with safety and security of vehicles professionally managed. The auction document can be downloaded from the e-Auction Portal and the official website of AIMC and SHC&ME department. The auction will start at a reserve price of Rs. 33,605,867/- without tax for one year. If no offer is received by the last minute of the auction, it will automatically end. If an offer is received during the last minute, the auction will be extended by 5 minutes to continue competition. The auction will conclude at midnight (12:00 AM) on the auction day. The successful applicant's offer will be binding. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 3,360,586/-) in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt (CDR), demand draft (DD), pay order (PO), or banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in the name of Medical Superintendent Jinnah Hospital Lahore. The earnest money must be uploaded on the e-auction portal within 10 days of the announcement of evaluation results. Failure to do so will render the applicant ineligible. The auction will be conducted as per 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME department. The closing date for registration of applications is 21.09.2026, with uploading eligibility status on 28.09.2026, last date for submission of grievances 05.10.2026, last date for uploading grievances/redressal 12.10.2026, submission of bid date 17.10.2026, and auction date 20.10.2026. Bidders are encouraged to register early on the e-auction portal to avoid last-minute issues. Ensure all documents and earnest money are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
