AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Canteen at Various Parks Gujrat 2026-2029

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Horticulture Parks and Horticulture Agency Gujrat invites sealed bids for the lease rights of parking sites and canteen facilities at various prominent parks in Gujrat for the period from 2025 to 2029. This auction is open to all eligible parties interested in operating and managing these facilities under the terms set by the agency. The auction will be conducted for the following sites: Items being auctioned: - Jinnah Park Gujrat: Lease rights for parking and canteen (8 kanal/2176 sq. ft.), annual reserve price Rs. 66,000, earnest money Rs. 55,000 - Zahoor Elahi Park Gujrat: Lease rights for parking and canteen (3 kanal/816 sq. ft.), annual reserve price Rs. 19,200, earnest money Rs. 16,000 - Shahbaz Sharif Park Gujrat: Lease rights for parking and canteen (3 kanal/816 sq. ft.), annual reserve price Rs. 30,000, earnest money Rs. 25,000 Each site is offered for a three-year lease period, and the successful bidder will be responsible for managing the parking and canteen operations as per the agency's guidelines. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of an online CDR of Rs. 10,000 for each site, along with their application. The deadline for submission of documents and earnest money is 22-09-2026 at 04:00 PM. The auction will be held on 23-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. Interested parties should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements, including timely submission of earnest money and relevant documents.
