AUCTION: Parking Stand and Canteen Lease at THQ Hospital Wazirabad 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Wazirabad invites interested firms to participate in the auction for leasing the Parking Stand and Canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction is specifically for properties located at THQ Hospital Wazirabad, Punjab. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand (Tender No: THQWZD/2026-27/01) with a tender fee of Rs. 1000, bid security of Rs. 188,520, and a reserve price of Rs. 157,100 per month plus tax - Canteen (Tender No: THQWZD/2026-27/02) with a tender fee of Rs. 1000, bid security of Rs. 157,692, and a reserve price of Rs. 131,410 per month plus tax The auction will be held on 21st September 2026 at 1:00 PM at THQ Hospital Wazirabad. Only firms registered with Category A/B/C/D enlistment certificates are eligible to participate. Interested bidders may obtain detailed auction documents from the Procurement Officer at THQ Hospital Wazirabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000. Documents are available until 21st September 2026 up to 9:30 AM. Bidders must submit their letter of interest, bid security, and all required documents to the office by or before 10:30 AM on the auction date. Bid security must be in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan; cash is not acceptable. The auction will be conducted in the presence of bidders at the Medical Superintendent's office. If the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date due to a local holiday or other valid reasons, it will be postponed to the next working day. The successful bidder must submit an advance fee for three months within 24 hours of the auction; failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security. Bidding will be done in a closed envelope with separate technical and financial bids, both enclosed in a single envelope. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
