AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand at General Bus Stand Jhang

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Jhang is conducting an open auction for the lease rights of the parking stand at General Bus Stand Jhang for the financial year 2023-24. The auction will be held on 10-09-2023 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Jhang. The reserve price for the lease is set at Rs. 25,000 per month. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process and must bring their original CNIC and a pay order or CDR of Rs. 25,000 as earnest money in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Jhang. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10 percent of the annual lease value immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the terms and conditions set by the department. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of parking stand at General Bus Stand Jhang (reserve price: Rs. 25,000 per month) The lease is for a period of one year, and the successful bidder will be responsible for managing the parking stand in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TMA Jhang. All participants must be present at the specified date and time, and latecomers will not be entertained. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For eligibility, bidders must not be defaulters of any government department and must comply with all legal requirements.
