Business Opportunity for Placement, Operations and Maintenance of Mobile and Laptop Charging Stands at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for a business opportunity at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This reverse procurement tender is for the placement, operations, and maintenance of four (04) mobile and laptop charging stands located in the Domestic and International Arrival Lounge at AIIAP Lahore. The license period is five (05) years or until the finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP Lahore, whichever is earlier. The reserve price is set at Rs. 114,932 per month with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked accordingly and placed in one envelope specifying the subject tender. The submission deadline is 29th September 2026 at 1100 hrs, and the opening will be at 1130 hrs on the same day at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore. Eligibility requires bidders to have relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Advance Income Tax will be recovered from the successful bidder under section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Late, ambiguous, or conditional tenders will not be entertained.
