Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Sports Board Punjab invites sealed tenders from interested bidders including contractors, firms, or companies registered with FBR (active filers) for the auction of running the canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Nishter Park Sports Complex, Lahore. The contract covers a covered area of approximately 2514 square feet. The estimated reserve price for the rent is Rs. 201,120 per month, and the contract shall be for a period of three years, extendable.
Items being auctioned:
- Running Canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Nishter Park Sports Complex, Lahore (Covered Area approx. 2514 Sqft)
The procurement will be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, following a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Sports Board Punjab website or the PPRA website, or obtained from the office of the Assistant Director (Administration), Sports Board Punjab.
Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 241,344 (10% of the per annum estimate/reserve price) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab.
The bids must be submitted by hand on or before 5th October 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 am. Financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:15 pm by the Procurement Committee / Auction Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders are required to provide all necessary information and documents as per the bidding documents to be considered eligible. Other terms and conditions will be as per the bidding documents.
