NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of various parking stands and cycle/motorcycle stands located within its premises. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and manage these stands for the specified period. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. The following is the complete list of lots and their respective reserve prices:
- Car Parking Stand (Main Gate): Reserve Price Rs. 10,00,000/-
- Motorcycle Stand (Main Gate): Reserve Price Rs. 8,00,000/-
- Cycle Stand (Main Gate): Reserve Price Rs. 3,70,000/-
- Motorcycle Stand (Emergency): Reserve Price Rs. 3,00,000/-
- Car Parking Stand (Emergency): Reserve Price Rs. 8,60,000/-
- Cycle Stand (Emergency): Reserve Price Rs. 2,50,000/-
Each lot specifies the location, type of stand, and the minimum reserve price. Bidders must submit earnest money as per the terms mentioned for each lot. The auction will be held at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, and the last date for submission of sealed bids is 23.11.2026. Interested parties are required to bring original CNIC and deposit slips for earnest money at the time of auction.
