AUCTION: PIAHS Campus Canteen Lease Rights (2365 Sq Ft, Faisalabad, 2026-27)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Postgraduate Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Faisalabad is inviting interested individuals, firms, and companies to participate in the open auction for lease rights of its campus canteen/cafeteria/tuck-shop for a period of one year. The auction pertains to the PIAHS Main Campus Canteen, covering an area of 2365 square feet, located at the main campus in Faisalabad. The process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Auction Portal, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all eligible bidders. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for PIAHS Campus Canteen (2365 Sq Ft, Main Campus, Faisalabad) for one year The technical scope includes the exclusive right to operate the canteen/cafeteria/tuck-shop within the specified premises for the academic year, subject to compliance with institutional standards and regulations. The reserve price for this auction is set at Rs. 360,000 for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 36,000) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque, payable to the Director/Principal of the institute. Only applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the registration process on the e-Auction Portal will be allowed to participate in the bidding. Key dates include the closing date for registration on 24 August 2026, uploading of eligibility status by 29 August 2026, last date for submission of grievances on 6 September 2026, uploading of grievance results by 10 September 2026, and final CDR submission by approved applicants on 22 September 2026. The auction will be held on 29 September 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the institute.
