AUCTION: Public Auction of Trees at Government College of Technology Sahiwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Government College of Technology, located on Old Harappa Road, Sahiwal, is announcing a public auction for trees within its boundary wall and premises. The auction includes a total of 763 trees of various sizes, specifically 16 Sheesham trees and 747 miscellaneous trees which are dry, fallen, stumps, and hollow. These trees collectively amount to 2904.06 Sheesham Units. The auction will be held on 15-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned. Items being auctioned: - 763 trees of different sizes - 16 Sheesham trees - 747 miscellaneous trees (dry, fallen, stumps, hollow) - Total of 2904.06 Sheesham Units The auction requires interested bidders to deposit an ACDR/Pay Order amounting to Rs.100,000/- in favor of the Principal, Government College of Technology, Sahiwal, as a right to participate. The successful bidder must possess valid NTN and STRN registrations and must not be blacklisted by TEVTA or any other organization. One-third of the total auction amount must be deposited immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount and applicable government taxes to be paid within 7 days. The successful bidder is responsible for uprooting the auctioned trees with their roots and protecting the college property, with liability for any damages incurred.
