AUCTION: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Parking Fee Collection Rights 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) is conducting an e-auction for the disposal of parking fee collection rights for the year 2026-2027 at various prominent locations within Rawalpindi Cantonment. This opportunity allows interested parties to bid for the right to collect parking fees from designated points, as per the approved rates and terms set by RCB. The auction will be held through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0, ensuring a transparent and competitive process in line with PPRA Rules. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Buses at Rs.200 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Suzuki/Pickup at Rs.100 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Mini Bus/Wagon at Rs.150 per day - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Taxi/Rickshaw at Rs.30 per day Parking Points included: - G.P.O Chowk on road leading - G.P.O Chowk Haider Road - Railway Station Road - Chur Chowk - BaraKhana Chowk - Kiyani Road - O.P. No. 22 The technical scope covers the management and collection of parking fees at these busy locations, requiring the successful bidder to strictly adhere to the approved rates and operational guidelines. Bidders must be registered with EPADS Version 2.0 and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of Rs. 1,400,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR is mandatory. Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; manual or physical submissions are not allowed. The e-auction will remain open until 25 August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with evaluation commencing the same day at 3:30 PM. The successful bidder must deposit the first monthly installment within seven days of approval and provide post-dated cheques for the remaining eleven installments.
