Items being auctioned: - 48 retail khokhas (stalls) at Sahulat Bazaar, Sahiwal Division - Annual reserve price per stall: 31,500 PKR - Security deposit: 20,000 PKR - Application fee: 10,000 PKR Each applicant must generate a PSID and deposit the application fee of 10,000 PKR, along with a security deposit of 20,000 PKR, and the annual reserve price of 31,500 PKR per stall. The auction will be conducted on 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the bazaar site. Applicants must bring their original CNIC and deposit slips. Only those who have deposited the required amounts will be eligible to participate. The stalls will be allotted for one year, and successful bidders must comply with all SOPs and operational guidelines issued by the authority. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and not government employees. Preference will be given to local residents. The stalls are intended for retail business only, and subletting is strictly prohibited. The authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.
