AUCTION: Sale of Used Vehicles by Pak-Arab Refinery Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites sealed bids for the sale of used vehicles on an 'as is where is' basis. This auction is held in Karachi and includes a detailed list of vehicles available for sale. No. CV-3857, 2015) - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4X4 STD (Reg. No. CY-2691, 2018) - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4X4 STD (Reg. No. CY-2697, 2018) - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4X4 STD (Reg. No. CY-5156, 2019) - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4X4 STD (Reg. No. CY-7202, 2019) - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin 4X4 STD (Reg. No. CY-7206, 2019) The vehicles are sold on an 'as is where is' basis, and ownership transfer will be completed through the Excise and Taxation Department after the successful bidder is declared. Bidders must submit a bid bond amounting to 10% of the bid value. The bid submission and opening date is 31 August 2026, with bid submission closing at 10:00 hrs and bid opening at 10:30 hrs. Tender selling and fee collection is available Monday through Friday from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs between 17 August 2026 and 27 August 2026. The tender fee is Rs. 500, non-refundable. Interested bidders should ensure their bids comply with all requirements and submit on time to avoid disqualification. PARCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
