AUCTION: Sargodha Board Old Answer Sheets, Attendance Sheets, and Scrap Material 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha is conducting a public auction for the disposal of old answer sheets, attendance sheets, and other scrap material. The auction will take place at the Sargodha Board's main campus, where the material is currently stored. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction, which will be held on 10-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Old answer sheets (07 lots) - Old attendance sheets (07 lots) - Old result gazettes (01 lot) - Old unused blank answer sheets (04 lots) - Old blank attendance sheets (01 lot) - Old blank result gazettes (03 lots) - Miscellaneous scrap material (33 lots) Each lot will be auctioned separately, and the highest bidder for each lot will be required to deposit a non-refundable earnest money of 50,000 PKR (fifty thousand rupees) in the form of a CDR in favor of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha. Successful bidders must pay half of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining half due within seven days. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid. A non-refundable entry fee of 5,000 PKR per participant is required to take part in the auction. The successful bidder must remove the auctioned material from the premises within the specified time, and any damage to Board property during removal will be the responsibility of the bidder. A security deposit of 1,000 PKR per lot will be charged, refundable upon satisfactory clearance of the premises. Bidders are advised to inspect the lots and obtain all necessary information from the Board office during working hours before the auction date.
