AUCTION: Auction of Scrap Items in PKLI & RC Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi is offering an auction for scrap items located at PKLI & RC Rawalpindi. This auction invites eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to participate in acquiring these scrap items. Items being auctioned: - Scrap Items in PKLI & RC Rawalpindi The auction is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Interested parties can obtain auction documents free of cost from the PPRA website and the E-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-Procurement system by the closing date and time specified. The estimated reserved price for the auction is bold PKR 774,055. Bidders are advised to ensure their bid security is submitted as per the terms, with the successful bidder required to pay the remaining amount within fifteen days of award notification. The successful bidder will be responsible for lifting the items only after full payment and must arrange transport and labor from the PKLI & RC premises within 15 days. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. The auction closing date is bold 4th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
