AUCTION: Sharat Shindor Forest Lease Rights Muzaffarabad 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Nizamate Janglaat Muzaffarabad is inviting sealed bids for the annual lease rights of the Sharat Shindor forest area for the upcoming financial year. This auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring the lease for forest produce and related rights in the specified region. The auction will be held on 17 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned, and the successful bidder will be granted the lease for the period specified in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Sharat Shindor forest area, Muzaffarabad (annual lease) The technical scope includes the exclusive rights to collect and manage forest produce from the Sharat Shindor area as per the terms and conditions set by the department. The reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 100,000. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a CDR or pay order equivalent to the reserve price. Only those parties who fulfill the eligibility criteria, including relevant experience and compliance with AJK PPRA rules, will be considered. The successful bidder will be responsible for adhering to all forest management and environmental regulations during the lease period. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Nizamate Janglaat Muzaffarabad by 31 October 2026. The auction process will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the AJK PPRA.
