The Water and Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights of the Auction Shed and Canteen at the Water and Power Division Gilgit for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process, which offers an opportunity to operate these facilities for one year under departmental terms and conditions. The auction will be held at the office of the Executive Engineer, Water and Power Division Gilgit, on 7 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, and all interested bidders must be present by 11:00 AM for the proceedings.
Items being auctioned:
- Auction Shed: Annual lease rights for operating the auction shed at Water and Power Division Gilgit.
- Canteen: Annual lease rights for operating the canteen at Water and Power Division Gilgit.
Both facilities are to be operated as per the department's rules, and the successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the premises and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to departmental approval. Bidders must bring valid CNIC and proof of relevant experience if available. Earnest money and other terms will be announced at the time of auction.
