Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: SMD/LED Steamers (3x6 feet), 16 units, Location: Bosan Road, Multan, Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 10,36,800, Earnest Money: Rs. 250,000 - Lot 2: SMD/LED Steamers (3x6 feet), 16 units, Location: Tulip Road, Gulgasht, Multan, Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 10,36,800, Earnest Money: Rs. 250,000 The technical scope includes the installation and maintenance of 16 digital SMD/LED steamers at each specified location. Bidders must ensure the quality and operational readiness of the equipment throughout the contract period. The successful bidder will be responsible for all operational costs, including electricity and maintenance, as per the terms outlined in the notice. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered taxpayers in Pakistan, with valid CNIC and compliance with all relevant local regulations. Earnest Money of Rs. 250,000 per lot must be submitted via pay order or demand draft. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered, and the successful bidder must deposit 10% of the annual bid amount immediately upon acceptance, with the balance payable as per the schedule.
