Bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money Deposit in the name of NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Sargodha (HBL-0005030024872701). The auction board will evaluate bids based on the highest bid in each lot, subject to eligibility and responsiveness criteria including valid sales tax and NTN certificates, proof of active taxpayer status, and a fresh certificate of not being blacklisted. Inspection of items is allowed at NADRA RHO Sargodha stores before 29th September 2026 during office hours. Late bids will not be accepted.
