AUCTION: Thekay Aam Aamdani (Collection Rights) for District Council Sheikhupura 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Council Sheikhupura invites open public auction bids for the collection rights (thekay) of various income sources for the financial year 2026-27, in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Act 2016 and relevant rules. The auction will be held at the General Hall, District Council Sheikhupura, on 10 September 2026 at 12:00 noon. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and must comply with all terms and conditions as outlined by the council. The successful bidders will be responsible for the collection of specified revenues for the stated period. Items being auctioned: - Thekay Aamdani Chungi Bhikhi Wala (Reserve: Rs. 7,11,189, Contract: Rs. 71,11,889, Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Thekay Aamdani Chungi Shahkot (Reserve: Rs. 9,573, Contract: Rs. 95,733, Period: same as above) - Dukanat (Shops) Nos. 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 (Annual Rent, Contract: Rs. 1,19,160, Reserve: Rs. 11,916) - Chawinda (Shops) (Annual Rent, Contract: not specified, Reserve: not specified) The technical scope includes the right to collect fees from the above sources for the specified period. Bidders must provide earnest money as per the reserve price for each lot. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered. All participants must bring valid CNIC and proof of financial capability. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
