AUCTION: Unserviceable Admin and Technical Stores by NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi is offering an auction of unserviceable admin and technical stores located in Karachi. This auction is conducted on an 'As Is Where Is' basis and invites registered individuals and firms dealing in scrap business with valid NTN/SRB registration, CNIC, and proof of active taxpayer status to participate via electronic bidding on EPADS V2.0. Items being auctioned include: - Lot 1 (Admin Stores): Generator (27 units), UPS (3), Air Condition Indoor Units (82), Air Condition Outdoor Units (84), Cassette AC Indoor Units (18), Water Dispensers (51), Refrigerator & Microwave Oven (7), LED TVs (21), Stabilizers (15), Miscellaneous Items (2604 units), Tyres of Mixed Size (121), Miscellaneous MT Scrap (634 units). - Lot 2 (Technical Stores): Server Machines without HDD (65), Desktop CPUs without HDD (115), Laptops without HDD (238), System AIO without HDD (170), Signature Scanners (124), Form Scanners (94), UPS (25), LCDs (89), Printer AIO (60), Form Printer AIO (55), Network Switches (51), Digital Cameras (39), CCTV Cameras (10), Thermal Printers (5), IP Phones (2), Webcams (3), Mic (1), UPS Batteries (650), Q-Matic LEDs (100), Currency Checker Plastic (8), Camera Stand Tripods (40), Metal Detectors (5), CD Roms (5), Q-Matic Token Machine (1), Telephone Sets (63), Photocopier Machines (2), Fax Machines (3), DVR without HDD (5), Amplifiers (4). The auction schedule allows inspection visits from 7th to 18th September 2026 between 11:00 to 15:00 hours (except holidays) at specified locations for each lot. Earnest money of 5% of the quoted reserve price must be submitted in the form of a pay order. The bid submission deadline is 22nd September 2026 at 1300 hours, with bid opening at 1330 hours on the same day at NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the same day and the remaining 75% within three working days. All applicable government taxes including 18% sales tax and income tax (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers) are payable by the successful bidder over the offered bid amount. Removal of auctioned items must be completed within six working days after full payment. Eligibility requires valid NTN, CNIC, sales tax registration, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and no blood relatives serving in NADRA.
